Registration and Paper Submission


Register for the conference via TakePlace Event system. Please choose one of the options below. Be aware of providing a correct email address.

IMPORTANT: After the registration go to for further actions. Use the TakePlace Event system for papers submissions and payments.


Paper Submission 

Your paper for proceedings must be formatted using this paper template. The extent of the paper is 6 – 10 pages. The papers that do not respect the extent and the provided paper template will be automatically excluded. For your paper to journal we recommend respecting the Instruction for authors for selected journal. 

To submit a paper, you must be registered in the TakePlace Event system – see the Registration Session. After the successful registration and login into the TakePlace Event system (log in here there will appear My Contributions section in the menu. Via My Contributions section (+New Contribution) submit your abstract and paper and fill in all the requested information.


The best selected papers will be submitted for publishing in journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus.
All the good-quality papers will be published in the conference proceedings which will be submitted for indexing to the Web of Science Database.

Only papers presented at the Conference shall be included to the conference proceedings.
