Registration and Paper Submission


For the registration to the conference please choose one of the options below. 

For the REGULAR registraion click HEREThe registration involves an abstract submission in the conference system EasyChair. 

For the attending Co-authors and Passive Participants Registration click HERE. 

After the registration you will receive an invoice on your email address provided in the registration during 5 working days. The conference fee will be set based on the registration date and type.


Paper Submission 

Your paper for proceedings must be formatted using this paper template. The extent of the paper is 6 – 10 pages. The papers that do not respect the extent and the provided paper template will be automatically excluded. 

For your paper to journals we recommend respecting the Instructions for authors of the selected journal. 

In case of submitting two or more papers by the same author (meaning under the same author account) always a new submission has to be created in the conference system in order to distinguish more paper submissions. For more information about multiplied submissions see Conference info.

Only high-quality papers successfully passing a review process will be considered for publishing.
