Registration and Paper Submission

The registration was closed. 

After the registration you will receive an invoice on your email address provided in the registration during 5 working days. The conference fee will be set based on the registration date and type.


Cancellation Policy

1. Any cancellation after the registration deadline (the deadline applied separately for early and standard registration) will take 50 % of the registration fee as administrative charges.
2. No cancellation will be allowed after the 21st of March 2018.

Note: The conference organizers is not responsible for no granting a visa to a conference participant.



Paper Submission 

Your paper for proceedings must be formatted using this paper template. The extent of the paper is 6 – 10 pages. The papers that do not respect the extent and the provided paper template will be automatically excluded. 

For your paper to journals we recommend respecting the Instructions for authors of the selected journal. 

In case of submitting two or more papers by the same author (meaning under the same author account) always a new submission has to be created in the conference system in order to distinguish more paper submissions. For more information about multiplied submissions see Conference info.

Only high-quality papers successfully passing a review process will be considered for publishing.
